When this massive Douglas Fir hit the ground, the impact delaminated the rings of the tree creating a beautiful natural crack.

 

Working with this idea, we have restored the pieces with a narrow gap to showcase the flaw and create a unique table that looks great from any direction as you rotate it silently on the machined aluminum turntable.
